TWEMCO · Designed and made in Hong Kong since 1968
A Hong Kong flip clock you can
actually buy this week.
TWEMCO still builds these in Tai Kok Tsui. The problem is getting one — the factory suspended direct sales, and the authorised dealers are quoting delivery in working days that run past six months.

The situation
Not a shortage of clocks.
A shortage of distribution.
On 3 December 2025 TWEMCO suspended all direct sales — online and walk-in — to protect its wholesale and export commitments. Its own notice points customers to five authorised Hong Kong retailers instead.
We checked all five. Stock is thin or absent, and where an order can be placed at all it goes onto a preorder queue measured in hundreds of working days. Meanwhile the same clocks sit on shelves in Seoul.
Flipback imports them and holds them here. That is the whole business.

How it works
Three steps. No queue.
-
Step 01
You enquire
Send the model and colour. We confirm availability and the exact delivered price the same day, from real stock.
-
Step 02
We confirm and invoice
FPS, PayMe or bank transfer. Payment is taken only once a unit is allocated to your order — never against a queue.
-
Step 03
It ships or you collect
3–7 days for in-stock units to a Hong Kong address. Anything marked “on request” we will quote a firm date before you pay.
What you get
A genuine TWEMCO, sealed, with its original packaging and documentation. We open and test every unit on arrival before it goes to you.
Warranty, plainly
These are parallel imports. TWEMCO’s Hong Kong service agent is appointed for stock bought through authorised dealers, so manufacturer warranty does not transfer. Instead we carry our own cover: a 14-day exchange on any unit that is dead on arrival or faulty out of the box, and we will handle any repair with the factory for the first 12 months. We would rather say this up front than let you discover it.
Returns
Unopened, within 7 days, less return shipping. Units are inspected on arrival, so if a parcel reaches you damaged, tell us within 48 hours with photographs and we will resolve it.
Who we are
Flipback is an independent Hong Kong retailer. We are not TWEMCO Industries Ltd, and we are not one of its authorised dealers. We buy genuine stock and sell it here. The clocks are real; the paperwork is ours.
Order
Ask about a model.
Tell us what you want and we will come back with availability, colour options and a delivered price. If it is in stock, that takes the same day.
